About Us
JTG provides Christian-based emotional and spiritual support to help you face and overcome the challenges in searching for and getting a job.
As a community outreach, we help make connections between job seekers and employers who have openings. Our expertise provides guidance to all skill levels from entry level to senior management, in all industries including government and DOD.
We are composed of a diverse group of dedicated volunteers with corporate, small business, government, and military backgrounds. We help you navigate through all facets of your job transition:

and assist in all industries and all skill levels from entry level to executive management.
